IntelMed is hiring Senior Research Analysts assist with consulting projects by performing research and analysis to support IntelMed consulting work, with clients including government healthcare, healthcare providers, health insurance, and health systems. You will be part of a team where you will have exposure to subject matter experts and work on important policy issues. Projects typically include qualitative and quantitative analysis on large, complex data sets from a variety of sources.
• Collecting, compiling, verifying, and analyzing data
• Conducting literature reviews and writing sections of proposals and research grants.
• Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis
• Preparing information for client on-site visits and calls
• Scheduling and coordinating projects
• Contributing to reports and proposals
• Assisting with business development
As you gain more tenure in the position, you may be asked to provide supervision to less experienced staff. The Senior Research Analyst role is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates with strong problem solving and analytic skills.
Candidates for this level of opportunity should possess a Bachelor’s degree with coursework and/or internships in health care policy, economics and/or management and an excellent academic record and strong interest to work within the health care or human services industries
Candidate should have an accessible and visible leadership style, effective listening skills, exceptional analytical abilities, great interpersonal and organizational skills and a commitment to collaboration and shared governance.
